Aviation Incident Investigation 

Reportable accidents and major incidents will be investigated by the United Kingdoms  Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) by international agreement.

Working with underwriters and relevant authorities on occasions it may be appropriate to conduct an independently investigation into the circumstances surrounding an incident.
